About the system
What is Syntech Manufacturing?
It is an MES/MRP application that runs inside Creatio 8.x on Freedom UI. It covers the whole loop: demand and forecast, the production plan and MRP, production orders and operations, scheduling, shift assignments and shop-floor execution, materials, procurement, warehouse by bins, quality and traceability, contracts, military acceptance, export control, equipment, costing and dashboards. 47 sections, 235 objects in the data model. It is a Creatio package, not a second system standing next to one.
Does it replace our ERP?
Not your accounting. It replaces the part plants usually run in spreadsheets: planning, orders, the shop floor, the warehouse, quality and procurement. It calculates piece-rate and hourly pay for the operations done and the cost of output, but statutory accounting and tax reporting stay where they are and take the output, consumption and acceptance data from it. If you are choosing between this and an ERP module, ask us to walk the route your plant actually runs.
Do we need Creatio Sales to use it?
It installs on Creatio 8.x and extends ten standard platform objects, among them Product, Account, Contract, Order and Order product. If you run Creatio Sales, a confirmed customer order becomes demand in the order queue by itself. If you do not, demand comes from state contracts and unit requests instead, and everything else works the same. Which Creatio licences you need depends on how many people do what; we check that before we quote.
Is it for discrete or process manufacturing?
Discrete. The model is a bill of materials, a routing of operations, work centres, batches and serial numbers: assembly, machining, electronics, drones, equipment. Batches carry a shelf life and picking runs FEFO, so materials with an expiry date are handled. There are no recipes, no co-products or by-products and no continuous-flow costing, so chemical, food and metallurgical process production is not what this product is for.
Which languages does it work in?
English, Ukrainian and Russian, everywhere: objects, fields, pages, lookups, system settings, operation rights and messages, including the mobile app, which follows the user's own language. The localization covers 186 objects, 1 373 field captions and 508 lookup values and ships inside the package, so a reinstall does not lose it. One exception: Creatio role names stay in English, because the platform does not localize them.
Defence production
What is included in the defence contour?
State contracts with a delivery schedule, advances and the required acceptance per line. Acceptance acts with scope by batch or by individual serial numbers. NATO codification (NSN, NIIN, NCAGE) on products and per supplier. Export classification, licences, end-user screening and end-use certificates. Military registration and staff reservation. Traceability with holds and recalls. All of it is part of the product, configured through settings and lookups, not built per project.
Does export control check a government or sanctions database?
No, and we do not claim it does. The system enforces your data: your licences with their quantity and value limits, your consignee, end user and destination, your certificates, and the screening decision your export control officer recorded with a reason. Before a shipment is written, it checks all of that together. A denied party or a prohibited destination is blocked even in warning mode. Connecting an external screening service is a separate integration.
Can the military representative accept and sign inside the system?
The act itself lives in the system: its type (military representative, customer, internal QC), the scope picked from the production order down to single serial numbers, the inspections collected automatically, the stages Draft → Presented → Accepted, and the shipment block until the act is accepted. The signed paper is attached as a scan. No electronic signature provider is bundled; the signature is a connection point to whichever provider you use.
How fast can we trace a serial number and recall a batch?
Minutes, from one scan. Type or scan a batch, a serial number, a supplier certificate, a production order or a label barcode, and you see the chain both ways: what is inside the product, and every order, batch, serial number, shipment, customer, contract and acceptance act it ended up in. From the affected list you place holds or open a recall in one action, and export the customer notification list.
Is the product certified or accredited for defence work?
No. Syntech Manufacturing is built to the requirements Ukrainian defence manufacturers work under, but it is not certified, accredited or approved by any authority, and we will not tell you otherwise. Certifying your production and your quality system stays with you; the system gives you the records an auditor or a military representative asks for. Creatio publishes the platform's own certifications on its site.
Deployment, data and change
On-prem or cloud, and where does our data sit?
Wherever you decide. Syntech Manufacturing is a Creatio package, so it runs anywhere Creatio 8.x runs: on your own servers, in a private cloud or in Creatio's cloud. Your data sits in that Creatio database and nowhere else. We do not host it and we do not copy it out. Access is governed by ordinary Creatio roles, operation rights and record rights, with SSO and two-factor authentication if your platform is set up for them.
Can we change the system ourselves, and what happens on upgrade?
Yes. This is Creatio low-code: fields, pages, business processes, rights, lookups and reports are changed in the designers by your own administrator, without us and without a release. Keep your changes in your own package and our upgrade will not overwrite them. The release notes list every upgrade step; after installing you compile the configuration and users sign in again. We can run the upgrade, or watch while you do.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
All 47 sections have a mobile list page and a record page in the Creatio mobile app, grouped into seven role workplaces: shop floor, warehouse, quality, equipment maintenance, production management, personnel and reference data. Two honest limits: offline mode is not configured, so the app needs a connection, and starting an operation, receiving goods and approvals stay on the web. HR sections and the manufacturing log are read-only on a phone.
Does the platform have certificates, and what do they cover?
Creatio holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for platform development and support and ISO 9001:2015 for software development and cloud service. SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27017, and ISO/IEC 27018 apply separately to the vendor cloud. If you deploy on-premise, your infrastructure is outside that scope. Vendor certificates are evidence for assessing your system, not a substitute for that assessment.
Certificate scope and responsibilitiesWho completes security authorization, and what do you do?
Security authorization under Resolution No. 712 of 18.06.2025 is completed by the system owner, meaning you: you choose protection measures and sign the authorization letter. A separate assessment entity conducts the assessment; we do not perform that role. We build the system for your target security profile and prepare technical documentation and evidence — roles, permissions, logs, and the environment-isolation scheme.
Certificate scope and responsibilitiesWhat is your supplier risk level under Order No. 836?
The customer determines the level using its own methodology and the supplier’s access to its environment; suppliers do not assign themselves a level. Level I uses declarative confirmation of 17 basic cyber-hygiene measures. Levels II–IV require one of three documents: security authorization, an information-security conformity certificate, or a valid KSZI attestation. We confirm measures only within what we actually control.

How long does an implementation take, and what do you need from us?
Our commissioning plan has 13 phases, each with its own effort range: preparation and access, master data, engineering, settings, opening balances, then the go-live of planning, shop floor, warehouse, quality and maintenance, then the pilot and the cutover. The length is decided by your data, not by our speed: products, bills of materials, routings, work centres, bins, people. That is what we need from you, plus one decision-maker per area and a pilot line.
Do you train our people, and what happens after go-live?
Yes. The guide describes 65 features in three languages and is yours to reuse as your own material. On top of it we train administrators and key users role by role, on your data, during the phases they own. The goal is simple: after go-live your team runs the system without us. What does it cost?
Three parts. The Creatio platform licence, which Creatio prices per user and which you buy from Creatio, not from us. Our own licence for Syntech Manufacturing. And implementation together with support, depending on how many phases of the plan we run and how many your own team runs. We do not publish a price list: the range between a pilot on one line and a multi-site rollout is too wide for a figure on a website to mean anything, so we quote against your scope.
