The line between commerce and the shop floor costs more than it looks

A plant usually buys the two halves separately: an MES for production, a CRM for sales, something else for contracts and finance. Then it pays a third time — for the connector, for the nightly sync, for the duplicated product catalogue, and for the argument about whose figure is right when the systems disagree. Every question that crosses that line — is this order covered, what did we promise the customer, what did that batch cost — gets answered by hand. We build on Creatio so that the line does not exist.

What that means technically

One database, not an integration
The solution adds 225 objects of its own and extends ten Creatio objects you already use: Account, Activity, Contract, Order, Order product, Product, Product in contract, Product stock balance, Product type and Unit. A sales order becomes demand because the planner reads the same row the sales manager wrote. There is no connector, and no nightly sync to fail.

Low-code: your administrator changes it, not us
Creatio is a low-code platform. Your own administrator adds a field, puts it on a page, builds a business process, a report or a dashboard, and publishes it: without us, without a developer and without waiting for our release.

Freedom UI, and the same solution on the phone
All 47 sections are Freedom UI pages with a web and a mobile version, grouped into eight role workplaces on the web and seven on mobile. A storekeeper opens the phone and sees warehouse tasks, not a cut-down copy of somebody else's screen.

Rights, roles, audit and sign-in belong to the platform
Creatio's role model, record and column rights, operation rights, change log, SSO and two-factor authentication apply to production data exactly as to customer data. Our operation rights add the shop-floor questions: who signs off a purchase request, who decides on an acceptance act, who declares a recall, who sees cost figures.

Your perimeter, your jurisdiction
Creatio runs on-premise, in a private cloud or in Creatio's cloud. You choose where the database physically sits and under whose law. No part of our package needs an outside service in order to work.

The platform's process engine and integration tools
Business processes, business rules, visas, notifications and the REST / OData services are Creatio's: documented by Creatio and supported by its partner network. When you do need to talk to accounting, a warehouse system or equipment, you use the platform's own tools.

We ship a package, not a fork
The solution arrives as the `SynManufacturing` package (release 2.1.0, 19 September 2026, Creatio 8.x, Freedom UI). It installs into your environment and upgrades with our releases, while your own configuration lives in your own packages, so an upgrade does not overwrite your work.

One product catalogue, one partner list, one set of units. A change made in sales is the same change production sees.

Reports that cross the line

Revenue, the contract delivery schedule, the production plan and the cost of a batch fit on one page, because the numbers come from the same tables.

One sign-in and one rights model

Someone who leaves is disabled once. An auditor gets one change log, not four.

A system you can keep changing

The plant is different every year. Fields, statuses, processes and reports follow it without a project and without a release from us.

The other side, stated plainly

Creatio licences are a separate cost

You buy them from Creatio, per user, not from us: a separate budget line on top of what you pay us. Budget for it from the start.

A platform is a commitment

You take on Creatio's release cycle, its upgrade windows and its administration. In exchange the system is documented, and the skills to run it exist outside our company: Creatio has a partner network.

Not everything is ours to fix

Creatio role names are English only; the platform does not localize them. Some behaviour you will want is the platform's behaviour, and it changes on Creatio's schedule, not ours. We say so before a project, not after.
