How it fits into one flow

The flow starts with demand: a customer order, a contract delivery or a unit request becomes a ranked queue with promised dates, then a plan and production orders. An order takes the current revision's bill of materials and routing and becomes shift assignments and operations. The warehouse issues materials from bins, quality runs the checks, and the finished unit gets its batch, serial number and label. The contract and the export licence decide whether that batch may leave; traceability keeps the history. No hand-off here is an integration: one database, one product catalogue, one set of rights.

Plan

What to make, in what order, and by when.

Planning and MRP — the production plan with requirements exploded through the bills of materials and netted against stock and open supply. It creates orders and purchase requests.
Order queue and promised dates — one ranked queue of sales orders, contract deliveries and unit requests. The ATP/CTP date comes from stock, capacity and lead times, with its reasons.
Engineering — bills of materials and routings under revision control with change notices, technological maps for the operator, CAD/PDM import, NATO codification.

Make

Who does the work, on what, and for how long.

Shop floor — shift assignments, the operator workstation with scanning, andon signals with escalation, the work centre monitor, OEE and the shift fact.
Equipment and metrology — equipment passports, preventive maintenance by days or running hours, repair orders from andon, measuring instruments under calibration.
People — the qualification matrix checked at operation start, staff reservation with quota and deadlines, time tracking, piece-rate and hourly pay.

Control

What you prove the unit with.

Quality — incoming, in-process and final inspection against the routing's criteria, non-conformances, CAPA, 8D, printed test protocols.
Traceability and recalls — search by batch or serial both ways, holds and recalls in one action, the electronic dossier as a PDF or an archive.
Contracts and military acceptance — the state contract with stages, delivery schedule and advances, acts signed by the military representative, the archive.
Export control — licences with quantity and value usage, end-user screening, end-use certificates, and the check before anything is issued.

Run

So material, paperwork and settings never hold production up.

Warehouse and bins — bin storage with batches and serials, FEFO/FIFO, issues against an order, transfers, the bin map, labels.
Procurement and receiving — purchase requests from MRP and the shop floor, approvals by role, receiving with the supplier batch, certificate and incoming inspection.
Administration and mobile — manufacturing configuration, roles and approvers, background jobs and safeguards, the manufacturing log, mobile workplaces.
