These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They are terms for the website. They are not a licence for the Syntech Manufacturing product and they do not describe what you get when you buy it.

Last updated: the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page and is filled in by the build each time we revise these terms.

You may read the site, print or save pages for your own evaluation, and share links to it. You may quote short extracts inside your own organisation for the purpose of evaluating the product, with attribution.

You may not:

• — copy substantial parts of the site, the films or the guide, or republish them, in whole or in part, without our written consent;
• — present our material as your own, or remove logos, credits or notices from it;
• — use the site or the forms to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or unsolicited advertising;
• — attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or test its security without our written permission;
• — scrape the site at a volume that degrades it, or use automated means to collect contact data from it;
• — use the material to build or market a competing product.

All content on this site — text, structure, design, code, images, screenshots, films, subtitles, the user guide and the Syntech name and logo — belongs to Syntech Digital or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other rights.

Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you. The permitted use above is a limited permission, not a licence.

Creatio and the Creatio logo are trademarks of their owner. Other product and company names on the site belong to their respective owners, and we name them only to identify the products.

We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors.

The descriptions, screenshots, figures and films on this site describe **release 2.1.0 of Syntech Manufacturing, 19 September 2026**. The product changes: interfaces are redrawn, sections are renamed, capabilities are added and settings change their defaults. What you see here may differ from what you see in a later release or in a system that has been configured for a particular plant.

If a detail matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it against the release you would actually receive.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the site and its servers are free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

When you submit a form, you confirm that the data you enter is yours or that you are entitled to give it to us, and that it is accurate.

We operate from Ukraine, and these terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Which court or tribunal hears a dispute is decided by the rules that apply to you and to us; nothing here tries to take that choice away from you.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force.

The publisher is now named by its trading name, Syntech Digital, and the governing-law clause names Ukrainian law without asserting a forum. What is still missing is listed here. The first group blocks publication.

**Blocks publication — registered company details**

• — The full registered name of the legal entity that publishes the site and owns the content. It must be the same entity named in the privacy notice.
• — Its registered address, for **what-this-site-is** and **contact**.
• — Its state registration number (ЄДРПОУ or equivalent), and the VAT number if it is to be shown.

**Still to decide, but the page works without them**

• — **Forum for disputes.** The clause now says Ukrainian law governs and leaves the forum to the rules that apply. If counsel wants a named competent court, or arbitration instead of courts, that choice has to be made deliberately: the site sells to Ukraine and the EU, and it has consequences for EU consumers.
• — Whether the release named in **accuracy-and-release** should be updated automatically with each product release, or stay fixed at 2.1.0 until someone edits it. The current text names release 2.1.0 of 19 September 2026.
• — Whether the permitted use should allow customers and partners to show the films to third parties (for example at a trade show or to their own customers), which the current text does not.
