Syntech Digital builds Syntech Manufacturing, an MES/MRP application on the Creatio platform, and takes it all the way into the plant. The same team writes the code and starts the system on the shop floor.
WHAT WE DO
The product and the implementation in one pair of hands
Syntech Manufacturing is neither a kit assembled from scratch for every customer nor a box left at the door. It is a Creatio package: 47 sections, 235 objects in the data model, English, Ukrainian and Russian, with documentation. We develop it, ship the releases and write the guide. And we implement it: we move the master data, set up the roles, start the shop floor and train the people. So when you ask why the system behaves the way it does, the answer comes from the people who wrote it, not from a reseller.
HOW WE WORK
Four rules a project runs on
Ready-made configurations.
Lookups, roles, inspection forms, reports and settings are already in the package. A project starts from a working prototype on your data, not from a blank sheet and not from two months of analysis.
One module, one sprint.
We start with the module that changes the most in your plant. We move on only with a confirmed result, not because a plan signed a year ago says so.
The documentation is public.
The 65-section guide and the 13-phase commissioning plan are openly available. You read them before you sign anything.
Your team runs the system.
We train administrators and key users role by role, on your own data. After go-live, the daily work does not depend on us.

What working together looks like
One product for everyone.
You get the same package as every other customer and you upgrade with everyone else. Work done specifically for you lives in your own package and does not stand in the way of an upgrade.
Your perimeter.
On-premise or private cloud, your choice. The data sits in your Creatio database; we do not host it and we do not take it anywhere.
A plan in 13 phases.
The scope and its effort range are visible before the start. You can take some phases into your own team and pay only for the rest.
Your language, your hours.
We work in Ukrainian, English and Russian and sit in your time zone, so an answer arrives the same day.
