About this notice
This notice says which cookies and similar technologies this website uses, what each one is for, who sets it, how long it lasts, and how you control it.
Read it with the [privacy notice](/legal/privacy), which explains what we do with personal data more generally.
Last updated: the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page and is filled in by the build each time we revise this notice.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to store. On your next request the browser sends it back, so the site can recognise the session, remember a setting, or count a visit.
Similar technologies do the same job by other means: local storage in the browser, pixels in an email or on a page, and scripts loaded from another domain. Where this notice says "cookies", it means all of them.
Some cookies are set by us, on this domain. Others are set by a third party whose component the page loads — a video player, an analytics script, a tracking script. Those are called third-party cookies, and the third party can see that you visited this page.
How consent works here
The rule on this site is simple.
- — **Strictly necessary cookies are always on.** Without them the site cannot work, and no consent is required for them.
- — **Everything else is off until you accept it.** Analytics, tracking and media cookies do not load when you first arrive. Nothing is pre-ticked.
- — **Declining is one click.** The banner has an equally visible "Decline" next to "Accept". If you decline, the site works normally, we just lose the statistics.
- — **You can change your mind at any time**, in either direction, from the cookie settings link in the footer.
We record your choice so that the banner does not ask again on every page. That record is itself a strictly necessary cookie.

Always on. These make the site work and keep it safe, and no consent is asked for them.

Names: the language preference and the consent record are our own cookies on this domain, and the cookie settings panel shows the exact name of each. The session, security and edge cookies are set by the hosting platform under names it chooses and can change, so we do not print a fixed list of them here.
Analytics
Off until you accept. These tell us how many people read a page and where they came from. We use them to decide what to write next, not to identify you.

Names: `_ga` and `_ga_G-9YN59640S2`. The script is loaded through Google Tag Manager's gtag endpoint.
The hosting platform also counts requests through its own first-party analytics. It does that on the server, as part of serving the page, and it does not need a cookie in your browser to do it.
Marketing and tracking
Off until you accept. This category exists because the site loads the Creatio web-tracking scripts, which do more than measure traffic.

Names: `ContactId` and `BulkEmailRecipientId`.
If a Meta Pixel is active on the page it belongs in this category too: submitting the contact form fires a `Lead` event to Meta, and the pixel sets its own browser cookie, `_fbp`. Declining this category stops the pixel from loading at all.
These are the only third parties on the site that do more than deliver content. We do not run advertising cookies of our own, and we do not sell any of this data. What the tracking does build is described plainly in the [privacy notice](/legal/privacy).
Media and video
Off until you accept. These come from the video player when you watch one of the films.

Names: YouTube sets its own cookies once a film plays. Google publishes that list and changes it from time to time, so we do not reproduce it here. Because the films are embedded through `youtube-nocookie.com`, nothing is set until a film actually plays.
The player is click-to-load: what you see first is a still image and a play button, and YouTube is contacted only when you press it. If you decline this category, the still image stays and the film does not load.
One related item that is not a cookie: the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but Google's servers receive your IP address in order to send the font files. The [privacy notice](/legal/privacy) covers this.
Accepting, declining and changing your mind
- — **The banner.** On your first visit, choose "Accept" or "Decline". Declining leaves only the strictly necessary cookies.
- — **Cookie settings.** The link in the footer reopens the same choice on any page, at any time. Turning a category off stops new cookies in that category immediately.
- — **Withdrawing consent.** Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, and it costs you nothing in functionality except the statistics we collect. Cookies already stored are not deleted automatically by the browser — clear them as described below if you want them gone now.
Clearing cookies in your browser
You can also control cookies in the browser itself, independently of this site. In every major browser the controls are under Settings, in a section named Privacy, Privacy and security, or Cookies and site data. There you can:
- — delete the cookies already stored for a site or for everything;
- — block third-party cookies, or all cookies, by default;
- — ask to be told before a cookie is set;
- — clear the cookies automatically when you close the browser.
Blocking all cookies breaks parts of most websites, including the language switch on this one. Blocking third-party cookies is usually safe here, and private or incognito mode discards everything at the end of the session.

Changes to this notice
We update this notice whenever the set of cookies changes: a new analytics provider, a different video host, the removal of the tracking script. The date at the top shows the current version.
If a new category is added, the banner asks you again before anything in it is set.

Open questions for the client
The providers, the cookie names we can know and every duration are now written into the text above. What is still missing is listed here. The first group blocks publication.
**Blocks publication — registered company details**
- — The full registered name of the legal entity, its registered address and its state registration number, as in the privacy notice. The **contact** section carries no postal address until they arrive.
**Still to decide, but the page works without them**
- — **Names we could not know.** The session, security and edge cookie names depend on the hosting platform, and the YouTube cookie list is Google's and changes. The text says so rather than printing names we cannot verify. If counsel wants exact names published, someone has to capture them from a live page and keep them current.
- — **Meta Pixel.** The text describes the pixel conditionally, because the form fires a `Lead` event only when a pixel is present. Confirm whether a pixel is deployed; if it is not, that paragraph can be deleted.
- — **Privacy mailbox.** Everything routes to `info@syntech.digital`. Confirm whether a dedicated address is to be created.
**One build requirement, not a placeholder**
- — The banner described in **consent-model** must actually behave that way: nothing non-essential loaded before consent, "Decline" as visible as "Accept", and a working cookie settings link in the footer. Google Analytics 4, the two Creatio web-tracking scripts and any Meta Pixel must all sit behind it. If the build cannot do that yet, this page must not go live in its current form.
