Three parts, and an honest list of what decides the scope
There is no price list on this site. The distance between a pilot on one line and a multi-site defence rollout is so wide that any figure here would mislead you. So we publish the structure of the cost instead, and everything that moves it.
Why there is no price list
A figure on this page would be either so high that it scares off a plant that needs a pilot on one line, or so low that it does not survive the first meeting. The scope is set by your data and your perimeter, not by our rate card: how many sections are in play, how many products and BOM levels, whether the warehouse goes down to the bin, whether you need the defence contour. So we quote against scope: you describe what we are automating, we come back with a quote in three parts and a phase plan. That is worth more to you than the word "from" in front of an invented number.
What the cost is made of
The Creatio platform licence
Bought from Creatio, not from us: the platform is licensed per user, on Creatio’s own model. It is a separate budget line, it never appears on our invoice, and we make no money on it. Our part here is one thing only — helping you count how many licences you need, and of which kind, by role, so that you do not buy more than you use.
The Syntech Manufacturing licence
Our `SynManufacturing` package and its component packages, installed into your Creatio: all 47 sections, web and mobile, in three languages. The licensing model, the period and what upgrades to new releases include are fixed in the quote, together with the scope.
Implementation and support
The work of the commissioning plan and its 13 phases: configuration, data, training, the pilot and the cutover. Then support: response to requests, upgrades, advice for your administrators. Both are quoted against the scope we agreed, not against a market average.
What decides the scope
Number of users by role
Planners, shift masters, operators, storekeepers, quality inspectors, buyers, HR, administrators. Roles load the system and the training differently, so what matters is the breakdown by role, not a headcount.
How many of the 47 sections are in scope
A pilot on planning and the shop floor is a different project from the full contour with quality, the warehouse, equipment and state contracts.
Products, BOM levels and routings
The main driver of the engineering phase. It is not only how many products you have, but how deep the bills of materials go and whether the routings and time standards exist to be taken from somewhere.
Whether the warehouse goes to bin level
Bin storage adds warehouse structure, putaway and picking strategies, opening balances per bin and storekeeper training.
Whether the defence contour is in scope
State contracts, acceptance acts, export control and staff reservation: a go-live phase of its own, and training of its own.
Migration volume and the state of the master data
How many records move, and in what condition. An incomplete, self-contradicting product catalogue costs more than a large clean one.
Integrations
Accounting, banking, an external warehouse, equipment, exchange with the customer. Each point is a block of work on top of Creatio’s own tools.
Deployment model
On-premise, private cloud or Creatio cloud. It changes the deployment work, the access arrangements and who administers the environment.
Number of sites and shifts
A second shop, a second warehouse and a night shift multiply calendars, work centres, rights and training.
Languages
The interface, the lookups and the messages already ship in Ukrainian, English and Russian. Scope appears only when you need your own terminology, your own printed forms or your own label templates.
Training scope
How many groups, across how many shifts, on site or online, and whether your administrators get a course of their own so that you can carry on without us.
What is included, what is extra, what you can do yourself
What implementation includes
Package installation, configuration through the phases of the plan, import templates, roles and approval routes, training by role, the pilot and the cutover, and the documentation: the user guide and the commissioning plan.
What is charged separately
Creatio licences, data migration beyond the agreed volume, integrations with external systems, your own printed forms, development outside the standard product, and support after the warranty period.
What you can do yourself instead of paying us
Creatio is low-code: your administrator adds fields and puts them on pages, changes statuses and business rules, builds processes, reports and dashboards, configures label templates, roles and rights. That is why the training has a block of its own for administrators.
Do you buy Creatio licences through us
Not necessarily. The platform licence is a contract with Creatio. We help you count it by role, but you pay for it separately, and we earn nothing on it.
What if the scope changes mid-project
Each phase is estimated on its own, so a change of scope is visible at once: we re-estimate that phase, not the whole project. One thing does not change — we do not switch checks to blocking before the plant is ready for them.
