The defence contour is part of the product: state contracts, military acceptance, NATO codification and export licences. It runs in your perimeter, in three languages.

Questions about production are asked every day, and all of them sound ordinary. The answer usually lives with one person rather than in a system, and only while that person is there.

Which order is late?

the plan is in a spreadsheet, the fact is in the supervisor's head, and the date was promised two days ago without checking material or capacity.

What is inside serial number 0431?

the unit was built and shipped, and the component batches with their certificates have to be reconstructed from delivery notes and memory.

Under which revision was it built?

engineering released a change, the routing map at the workstation stayed old, and nobody can say which unit the new revision started with.

Which licence covers this shipment?

the licence exists, the remaining quantity lives in a separate file, and the end user was last screened six months ago.

Where did we lose margin?

cost is calculated at month end from average prices, and nobody can split the gap between planned and actual margin into materials, labour, downtime and scrap.

These questions are not asked out of curiosity. They come from the customer, the military representative, a licence audit and your own finance director. Assembled by hand, an answer costs a week in the archive and still stays approximate. And approximate is easy to spot.

One system, not an integration

sales, procurement, contracts, production, warehouse, quality and cost sit in one Creatio database. There is no connector between CRM and MES, no nightly sync and no second item master. The path from an approved purchase request to receiving, the bin, the operation, the quality check and the shipment needs no re-keying.

The defence contour is in the product

state contracts with a delivery schedule and advances. Military acceptance acts with shipment control. NATO codification (NSN, NIIN, NCAGE) and export licences with end-user screening. Staff reservation, traceability and recall. There is also an evidence pack for licence audits. These are standard sections, not a one-off customisation.

Traceability that answers in minutes

scan a serial number and see the BOM revision, the component batches, the supplier certificates, the operations and operators, the inspections, the acceptance act and the shipment. Everything affected is held or recalled in one action, and the customer notification list exports to Excel.

Numbers your finance director can trust

materials are valued at the cost of the batches actually picked. Labour is actual time multiplied by the worker's rate. Standard cost is frozen when the order is released. That lets analytics break the gap between planned and actual margin into materials, labour, machine time, overhead and the cost of non-conformances, for every order, product, customer and contract.

Creatio low-code: fields, processes, pages, rights and reports are your administrators' work, not ours. More than 125 manufacturing settings sit on one screen. Most new features ship switched off or in warning mode, so each plant turns them on when it is ready. Deploy on-premise or in a private cloud, in three languages.

Planning and MRP

the production plan, multi-level MRP netting through bills of materials, sales-order split into batches, scenarios and growth forecast, with production orders and purchase requests in one action.

Order queue and promised dates

a live queue of sales orders, contract deliveries and unit requests. The ATP/CTP date is set as soon as an order is confirmed, after a material check across all open orders.

Engineering

bills of materials, recipes and routings under revision control, change notices, approved substitutes and variants, CAD/PDM and Excel import, norm times from actual runs, NATO codification.

Shop floor

automatic shift assignments, a full-screen operator workspace, a kiosk with badge or PIN, andon with escalation, WIP limits, OEE, and a digital floor with a live view of each area.

The finance director

margin for every order, product, customer and contract with the variance broken down. Purchase approvals by amount threshold. Three-way matching of ordered, received and invoiced quantities on supplier invoices. Financial data is visible only to roles with financial access.

The IT lead

one Creatio database instead of three systems and the traffic between them. Standard roles, rights, two-person rules and audit logs. Your own perimeter. New features switch on by setting, and changes are made without calling the vendor.

How much of the defence requirement set we really cover

We scored the product against the Ukrainian defence-manufacturing requirement matrix: 29 business requirements, judged strictly. "Met" means the whole requirement can be completed in the product today. The result is 27 met and 2 not met. In autumn 2026 the evidence pack for licence audits and product configuration management, with variants and an as-designed vs as-built comparison, moved those two rows from partial to met. There is still no register of state-secret clearances and no catalogue sync with DOT-Chain Defence.

Tested before it reaches you

The autumn 2026 update went through two full user acceptance cycles of 389 and 483 business scenarios, including users without administrator rights, with no regressions. Purchase approvals, shift assignments, non-conformances and acceptance acts follow two-person rules: the author cannot approve their own record. Order and request statuses change only through the defined actions, and the server checks every change.
